Earn more than 20 hours of Ohio Approved
professional credit!

OHIO APPROVED CREDIT

The Ohio Approved designation represents the state's consolidated professional development approval process and is accepted by the Ohio Department of Education Office of Early Learning and School Readiness, the Ohio Department of Health Help Me Grow program, and the Ohio Department of Job & Family Service Step Up To Quality (SUTQ) approval processes.

Deadline to Earn Credit

For Step Up To Quality PD certification, staff must complete at least 20 hours of Ohio Approved training each biennium (for example, July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2021). Hurry! Only a few months are left to earn your credit!

Good to know: In order to receive Ohio Approved Credit (OA Approved), you must be present for at least 75% of the presentation AND complete the session survey. Not all sessions will be available for OA Credit, but those that are approved will be noted.
Even better to know: A certificate of attendance will be provided for all sessions you attend, including for times you view on-demand sessions. Did we mention you will have 30 days to watch any sessions on-demand AND earn Ohio Approved Credit?
