Important group registration information:
In order to receive every 6th registration free, you MUST register your entire group together at the same time.

What is included in conference registration?
Conference registration includes admission to the keynote and workshops for each day you are registered to attend. As a bonus to our attendees, you may attend the Exhibitor Showcase on any day of the conference regardless of the days you have registered to attend. So if you’re only registered for one day, consider coming back and spending a leisurely day visiting exhibitors.

Hotel, meals and travel are not included in the registration rate.

Accepted Forms of Payment: Credit Card (preferred option), Purchase Order or Check.

Cancellation//Substitution:

  • Conference Registration fees are non-refundable. You may send a substitute or you may request a credit to be applied to the 2025 Ohio Early Childhood Conference.

    • All credit requests must be made via email by March 4, 2024. A confirmation will be provided from Ohio AEYC.

  • Cancellation and substitution requests should be sent to admin@oaeyc.org, and CANNOT be made over the phone.

    • A written confirmation MUST be received by Ohio AEYC in order for the cancellation or substitution to be final.

  • If a member registration is being substituted by a non-member, the difference in cost will be due.

    • Please note that attendee agrees to pay any balance due regardless of substitution or cancellation.

Membership:

  • If an attendee registers as a current NAEYC member with OHIO AEYC as its chosen affiliate, but is NOT a current  standard or premium level member:

    • Attendee agrees to pay the registration difference of adding standard membership or paying the non-member rate, whichever is less.
