  • Who can attend this event?
    ANY person who has been given an ODJFS biennium extension to earn Ohio Approved credit is encouraged to register.  This event was designed to meet the needs of those who work with children birth through age 8.  

  • How long will I have access for?
    The on-demand conference portal will be accessible until 11:59PM, September 30th, 2021.

  • How can I earn Ohio Approved Credit?
    We are thrilled to be able to partner with ODJFS to provide Ohio Approved Credit for this virtual , on-demand event.  In order to receive credit, you will need to provide your OPIN number when you register, attend a session that is noted as "OA Approved" AND complete the survey located in each description by 11:59PM, September 30th, 2021.   

    Please note: The maximum number of credit hours that Ohio AEYC will upload is 20!


  • It would be great if I could receive a certificate of attendance for each session I attend. But I know that could never happen, right?
    Your wish is our command!  You will receive a certificate of attendance for each session you view.

  • How can I pay?
    Credit card is the preferred form of payment. However, Purchase Orders are accepted as well as a personal check. If you want to pay with a credit card and only be charged once for a group, please contact us. Credit will not be provided until your balance due is $0. 

  • Do you offer discounts?
    There are no available discounts.  We have worked really really, really hard to create a world-class event at the very lowest price we ever could!  8 keynotes and over 100+ additional sessions come out to under $1 per session. 

  • Do I need an email account to register online?
    Yes. If you don't have an email account, now is a great time to get one (they're free at or You will immediately be able to review and verify your registration information. All conference and registration updates will be sent directly to you! Please provide an individual email for each attendee if registering as a group.

  • Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?
    Conference Registration fees are non-refundable. (Notice the bold font? We are using our firm, but kind/sweet/loving tone).


  • I loved the in-person conference, will I enjoy this?
    If you experienced the in-person event described by the American Business Awards as the "best association event in the country" (we want to thank our moms!), you are going to LUV this virtual event.  We can't hug you like we could at the in-person event, but we can still virtually help build community, connections, and laughter.  All you need is an internet connection...and $99 (please don't forget that). 

  • What will be the best way to view the conference?
    The best way to experience the conference is on a desktop/laptop, or tablet.  It is possible to use your smartphone but it is not recommended. Does your laptop have HDMI? Hook your laptop up to your TV to have an even better experience!

  • Can I watch with my team?
    Each individual must register to receive log-in credentials. Logins are not permitted to be shared. ONLY the registered attendee is permitted to view sessions. ONLY the registered attendee may earn Ohio Approved Credit or certificates. Violation of this policy may result in blocked access to this event as well as future Ohio AEYC events.
