2026 Ohio Early Childhood Conference
Call for Proposals Is Now CLOSED!
All primary presenters receive a
free conference registration!
The conference is scheduled to take place April 23th-25th, 2026, at the beautiful Kalahari Resort in Sandusky, OH.
We are seeking topics/presentations that will offer attendees opportunities to reinforce and challenge their beliefs, consider new ideas and strategies; and refresh their spirit for the important work they do!
Topics
We are open to any topic that you are passionate about presenting. We are especially interested in reviewing proposals on the topics included in the links below:
-Ohio Early Childhood Conference Topic Areas
Step Up To Quality professional development standard requirements were revised July 1, 2024. The annual 10 hours of OA training must include two hours in specific topic areas, with at least one hour in each of the two different topics. For more information, please click on the link below.

-How your selected topic might align with a Step Up To Quality Approved PD Area

The Call for Proposals deadline closes on September 19th, 2026 at 11:59PM!
Note: If you are not yet an Ohio Approved trainer, please reach out to Pam Perrino at the contact information below immediately to get started, as the Ohio Approval process can take 1-2 months to complete.

Presenters will be notified if they have been selected for the 2026 Ohio Early Childhood Conference by January 2026.
