Cancellation Policy
Registration fees and membership purchases are non-refundable. Please note that you are still responsible for payment even if you do not show up or utilize the on-demand portion of the event.

One Person per Login  
Each individual must register to receive log-in credentials. Logins are not permitted to be shared among groups. Only the registered attendee is permitted to view sessions. Only the registered attendee may earn Ohio Approved credit for select sessions. Violation of this policy may result in blocked access to this event as well as future Ohio AEYC events.
 

Registration Confirmation
You will receive your registration confirmation by email within 30 minutes. Please check your junk mail.
 

Ohio Approved Credit
In order to receive credit, attendees must
1. Enter their accurate OPIN at the time of registration.
2. Attend and view in their entirety, Ohio Approved sessions that are marked as such anytime until May 31st.
3. Complete the session survey specific to the session you are wanting credit for.
 

Ohio Approved Credit is available for live and “on-demand” sessions. Ohio Approved Credit is only offered for sessions that are indicated as “OA”.  OCCRRA has the ultimate approval authority. Ohio AEYC is not liable for credit denials. Not all sessions are Ohio Approved. Credit will be verified in the Ohio Professional Registry by Ohio AEYC - there is nothing you need to do to upload credit other than complete the survey noted in each description. Membership Refunds/Cancellations/Transfers: We do not offer refunds for our membership fees.  Memberships are owned by the individual on the account, even if the member leaves an organization or if the membership was paid for by that organization.  The maximum amount of credit that Ohio AEYC will upload is 20 hours.
 

Payment
Payment is due upon registration. All major credit cards are accepted. Check payments can be mailed to:
Ohio AEYC, P.O. Box 71, Mt. Gilead, Ohio 43338. Registrations with an outstanding balance 48 hours prior to the event are subject to de-activation and removal.
 

Use of Your Information
Attendee list may include name, job title, organization, city, state, and country. Attendee list may be provided to conference attendees, speakers and exhibitors.
 

Prohibited Conduct
By registering, you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, or share your registration access link and/or code, unless such transfer is granted by Ohio AEYC.  If Ohio AEYC determines that you have violated this policy, Ohio AEYC may cancel your access, retain any payments made by you, report you to law enforcement and ban you from future Ohio AEYC events. Disruptive Conduct: You acknowledge and agree that Ohio AEYC reserves the right to remove you from the event if Ohio AEYC, in its sole discretion, determines that your participation or behavior create a disruption or hinder the event or the enjoyment of the event by other Participants.  Threats, verbal assault, and disruptive behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited. Disruptive or Unethical Conduct: Ohio AEYC reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who engages in unethical or disruptive behavior.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to this event and all materials distributed at or in connection of the virtual event are owned by Ohio AEYC or the sponsors or speakers presenting at the event.  You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any material without the prior written permission of Ohio AEYC or the sponsor or speaker in question.
 

Warranties
The view, opinions, and positions expressed by the speakers, attendees, exhibitors, or sponsors are their alone and do not necessarily reflect the views, opinions or positions of Ohio AEYC or any employee thereof.  Ohio AEYC makes no representations as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, suitability, or validity of any information presented at this event and will not be liable for any errors, omissions, or delays.  Ohio AEYC does not endorse, and expressly disclaims all liability relating to, any of the products or services provided by speakers, attendees, exhibitors or sponsors.
