Can Change The Future of Your Program!

The COVID-19 crisis is challenging everything we know (or thought we knew) about the business of early care and education programs. The new reality is that programs need to reconsider ratios, pricing, and programing to survive. Now is the time for businesses to plan and implement strong foundational business practices. This workshop offers guidance on rebuilding your program and making it sustainable.

Learn:

  • Create a short-term strategic plan to address business challenges resulting from the impact of COVID-19

  • Understand how financial forecasting supports data-driven decision making

  • Understand how to manage the health of your business operations with use of benchmarking

  • Outline human resource management best practices to recruit and retain quality staff and teachers

  • Identify marketing tools, practices and strategies to engage current and attract prospective families

  • Gain commitment to automating and streamlining back-office processes to create quality coaching time for staff
